Great insights! Fully agree that Copilot isn’t an AI strategy, it’s just the beginning (and Copilot isn't a great start IMHO). My question: What practical steps have you seen actually help move organizations from small “micro” AI wins to real, systemic “macro” impact? Would love your take on what metrics matter most for tracking real transformation.

So relevant for what we are hearing on a daily basis. Reinforces your points that we need purpose, intent and mindset to make our toolsets come alive. We are also developing an AI measurement framework in the Middle East to understand impact on multiple dimensions.

Love this framing, Jason. The contrast between home and work has always been there - like how ordering on Amazon feels so simple compared to ordering a laptop or even stationery at work.

AI is highlighting the same pattern. The opportunity now is to design workplace experiences that feel just as intuitive, while still carrying the scale and safety enterprises need.
