Great conversation, Jason. The whole landscape is shifting, and it really boils down to one thing: AI literacy is king! What an individual can do with AI will matter more than where you went to college in the not-too-distant future. That's going to shake up everything from salaries and promotions to how people move between jobs. The EU is even making AI literacy a legal requirement. It's a very interesting time to be in HR Tech for sure!
AI literacy and then DESIGN. I truly think that there are many people who are AI literate but can’t design their measures of success, their use of AI or design how to bring people along with them on the journey. That is all part of AI literacy and I get concerned people are only thinking about the technology.
Great podcast Jason! As an HR professional who is trying to influence a team that isn't bought into the AI hype, your point about treating AI like a work design mandate instead of tools really resonated with me. That's when companies will start to see real value.

Great session Jason! Love your thinking around trust and then orchestration!
